We sold our handcrafts

We went to the market and we sold some of our 'works of art'. It was crowded as you can see.

We do this once a year, and it's great fun, we decorate our stands and we try to sell our products.

This year we made felt brooches, jewels, note-pads, purses and flower pots.
We also tried to sell some of our drawings.
We had 3 stands, one for each cooperative.

PAINTING MUSIC

The music and art connection is described in the concept of synaesthesia
= blending of senses.

Polish students were asked to paint music just as Kandinsy did.
They listened to clasical music of Fryderyk Chopin - Polish composer. Here are some works:

students' oppinions

Oscar Claude Monet( born on 14 November 1840 in Paris, died 5 Decenber 1926 in Giverny)
French painter, his painting "impresja" started a new current in art called impressionism. His paintings fill me with admiration. His paintings so realistic impress me very much. In my oppinion the landscapes on Monet's paintings are even more beautiful than in reality.
My favourite painting of Claude Monet is "Japanese in Giverna".His paintings and the beauty of nature he presents enchant me. Apart from that I particularly like sunsets in paintings.
Kinga

My favourite painter is M. Wilczek. He is from Poland. I know him because my father bought his pictures. His paintings are very beautiful and I like his artworks very much. He can paint very beautiful trees.

ART - MY HOBBY

My hooby is Art. I like drawing people's faces, eyes, animals. I have 263 sketches, 18 paintings and over 300 other works of art i have done. I do pictures painted on glass, too. I also like to do origami, but it requires a great deal of work. I go to see the art exhibitions. There are many techniques and different media to do artworks: there are drawings, paintings, graphics, sculpture, collage. In my oppinion the greatest painters are: Vincent van Gogh and his best painting is "Sunflowers", Leonardo da Vinci - I like the best painting called "Mona Lisa", Salvador Dali - I like "The Persistence of Memory". Here are some of my works.
